Heutzutage neigt die Robotik dazu, leicht zu sein, was die Montage von Lagern mit viel leichterer Struktur erfordert. Normale Lager k\u00f6nnen die Anforderungen an Kapazit\u00e4t, Pr\u00e4zision, Steifigkeit und Reibung auf begrenztem Raum nur schwer erf\u00fcllen. W\u00e4hrend D\u00fcnnringlager sich durch geringes Gewicht, kleines Volumen, hohe Pr\u00e4zision und l\u00e4ngere Lebensdauer auszeichnen, basierend auf dem gesuchten Grenzma\u00df. Robotiklager sind haupts\u00e4chlich folgende Serien: D\u00fcnnringlager mit gleichem Querschnitt, D\u00fcnnring-Kreuzrollenlager, RV-Harmoniereduktionslager und flexible Lager. Die meisten Lager sind nicht standardm\u00e4\u00dfig mit mehr Kugeln Handwerkskunst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zmsbearing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ZMS-Kaydon-detail-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1121\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roboterlager m\u00fcssen die Anforderungen an geringes Volumen, geringes Gewicht, hohe Pr\u00e4zision, hohe Kapazit\u00e4t und lange Lebensdauer erf\u00fcllen. Um den Widerspruch zwischen geringem Gewicht und hoher Leistung zu l\u00f6sen, stehen wir vor den folgenden Herausforderungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Konstruktionstechnik: D\u00fcnnwandige Lager f\u00fcr die Robotik m\u00fcssen eine ausreichende Kapazit\u00e4t sowie eine genaue Position und einen flexiblen Lauf bieten. Daher ist die dynamische Belastbarkeit nicht der einzige Parameter, sondern zusammen mit der Steifigkeit und der Reibung die wichtigsten Parameter f\u00fcr die Konstruktion. Gleichzeitig ist die Verformung der d\u00fcnnen Wand und der Struktur zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technologie der Herstellung: D\u00fcnnringlager sind die wichtigsten Roboterlager. Bei der Herstellung ist es sehr wichtig, die stabile Leistung und geringe Verformung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
