Porque hoy en d\u00eda la rob\u00f3tica tiende a ser ligera, lo que requiere rodamientos de montaje con una estructura mucho m\u00e1s ligera. Los rodamientos normales son dif\u00edciles de cumplir los requisitos de capacidad, precisi\u00f3n, rigidez y fricci\u00f3n en un espacio limitado. Mientras que los rodamientos de secci\u00f3n delgada se caracterizan por su peso ligero, peque\u00f1o volumen, alta precisi\u00f3n y mayor vida \u00fatil basada en la b\u00fasqueda de la dimensi\u00f3n l\u00edmite. Los rodamientos para rob\u00f3tica son principalmente de las siguientes series: rodamientos de secci\u00f3n delgada con secci\u00f3n transversal igual, rodamientos de rodillos cruzados de secci\u00f3n delgada, rodamientos reductores arm\u00f3nicos RV y rodamientos flexibles. La mayor\u00eda de los rodamientos son no est\u00e1ndar con m\u00e1s bolas artesanales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zmsbearing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ZMS-Kaydon-detail-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1121\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los rodamientos para rob\u00f3tica deben cumplir los requisitos de peque\u00f1o volumen, peso ligero, alta precisi\u00f3n, gran capacidad y mayor vida \u00fatil. Para resolver la contradicci\u00f3n entre peso ligero y alto rendimiento, nos enfrentamos a los siguientes retos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tecnolog\u00eda de dise\u00f1o: Los rodamientos de secci\u00f3n fina para rob\u00f3tica necesitan suministrar suficiente capacidad, adem\u00e1s de una posici\u00f3n precisa y un funcionamiento flexible. As\u00ed que la capacidad de carga din\u00e1mica no es el \u00fanico par\u00e1metro, sino tambi\u00e9n junto con la rigidez y la fricci\u00f3n como los principales par\u00e1metros para llevar a cabo el dise\u00f1o. Al mismo tiempo, hay que tener en cuenta la deformaci\u00f3n de la pared delgada y la estructura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tecnolog\u00eda de fabricaci\u00f3n: Los rodamientos de secci\u00f3n fina son los principales rodamientos rob\u00f3ticos. En el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n, es muy importante garantizar un rendimiento estable y una baja deformaci\u00f3n.
