Les exigences de performance des moteurs a\u00e9ronautiques ne cessent de s'am\u00e9liorer, en particulier les exigences de plus en plus strictes en termes de temp\u00e9rature, de charge, de vitesse, de dur\u00e9e de vie et de fiabilit\u00e9, etc.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-3bbb3017\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">D'une part, les roulements a\u00e9ronautiques doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des normes extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cises. Lors d'un fonctionnement \u00e0 grande vitesse, m\u00eame de petites d\u00e9viations dimensionnelles peuvent provoquer des vibrations qui affectent les performances du moteur ou entra\u00eenent des d\u00e9faillances. Si l'on prend l'exemple du moteur F100 utilis\u00e9 par les F-15 et F-16, la pr\u00e9cision de la forme et de la taille de ses roulements a\u00e9ronautiques doit \u00eatre maintenue au niveau du micron, l'erreur de circularit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments roulants et des chemins de roulement ne d\u00e9passe pas 1 micron, et la finition de surface est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e dans une fourchette de 0,1 \u00e0 0,2 micron.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-cb7bb31b\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">D'autre part, l'environnement de travail extr\u00eame impose des exigences extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux. Les roulements a\u00e9ronautiques doivent r\u00e9sister \u00e0 d'\u00e9normes charges axiales et radiales, ainsi qu'aux vibrations du moteur et \u00e0 l'impact des flux d'air. Par exemple, la temp\u00e9rature interne du moteur F100 peut atteindre 1 700 degr\u00e9s Celsius et la pression peut atteindre 20 atmosph\u00e8res standard.
