Pendant longtemps, les fabricants nationaux de machines-outils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement tributaires des importations pour les roulements haut de gamme, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des cycles d'approvisionnement instables, entravant gravement leur d\u00e9veloppement et leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour surmonter ce dilemme, l'Institut de recherche technologique de l'industrie des roulements de Hebei (ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 l'Institut provincial de recherche sur les roulements) a lanc\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s une s\u00e9rie de jeux de roulements de haute pr\u00e9cision qui r\u00e9pondent aux exigences rigoureuses de l'industrie des machines-outils. Ces ensembles de roulements offrent une pr\u00e9cision stable sup\u00e9rieure au niveau P4, ainsi qu'une stabilit\u00e9 et une durabilit\u00e9 excellentes \u00e0 grande vitesse. Ces produits r\u00e9pondent aux normes de qualit\u00e9 des produits import\u00e9s similaires, voire les d\u00e9passent, ce qui permet de substituer des roulements cl\u00e9s au niveau national et de briser le monopole international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L'avantage du rapport co\u00fbt-efficacit\u00e9 est consid\u00e9rable, ce qui donne un \u00e9lan \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts et \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de l'efficacit\u00e9 des entreprises.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ensembles de roulements de haute pr\u00e9cision de l'Institut provincial de recherche sur les roulements offrent des avantages consid\u00e9rables en termes de co\u00fbts, puisqu'ils ne co\u00fbtent que la moiti\u00e9 du prix des roulements import\u00e9s. Par exemple, alors que les marques import\u00e9es co\u00fbtent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des milliers de yuans par unit\u00e9 pour les broches de machines-outils, les produits \u00e9quivalents de notre institut ne co\u00fbtent qu'un peu plus de mille yuans. Ces roulements sont particuli\u00e8rement bien adapt\u00e9s comme roulements flottants \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 libre.
