Kaydon series thin section bearings are widely used in many fields which are characterized by very thin or extra thin walls.

We supply custom production for such ultra-thin section bearings or slim bearings with high quality. Precision can be P0, P6, P5, P4 or even P2. Normally we have MOQ 20-50pcs if we don’t have a stocking.

FAQ of  ZMS slim bearings

ZMS supply high quality slim bearings in China. Some of them can substitute famous brand.

We use premium material Gcr15 or Gcr15SiMn to produce ultra thin section bearings from big steel companies in China. Stainless steel 440C can also a good option for customer if there needs high requirements like food industry. Brass cage or steel and nylon cage can be option for customer.

Normally for some popular modals we prepare some stocking.

If there is no stocking MOQ will be 20-50pcs based on different sizes.

Stocking will be delivery immediately if we have.

30days if we have workpieces of the modal required.

60days for mass production if we don’t have workpieces.

We can supply drawing on the detail inquiry if it is related to one or 2modals that standard.

Sample can be supplied if we have stocking but since the value of slim bearings is big, we don’t supply free sample.

For small and medium sizes: plastic bag+ individual box+carton+pallet

For large size: wrapping+ woodcase

Can you supply color box with customer logo? Yes but it needs MOQ.

We can accept customers send us packing material.

We can accept third part inspection when we agree first about quality aspects initial.

We normally FOB,CIF.

DDP,DAP and so on need discuss?

30% payment deposit.

70% against copy.

Above the payment is the mostly used.

But for new customers, or special situation we need 100% payment before delivery.

For custom slim bearings, 50% payment deposit, 50% payment before delivery.

Quality assurance in one year. Any times it is related to quality problems, please get back to us first time, if it is our problem, we shall responsible to the last.
