Atualmente, a rob\u00f3tica tende a ser leve, o que exige a montagem de chumaceiras com uma estrutura muito mais leve. As chumaceiras normais s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de satisfazer os requisitos de capacidade, precis\u00e3o, rigidez e fric\u00e7\u00e3o num espa\u00e7o limitado. Por outro lado, as chumaceiras de sec\u00e7\u00e3o fina caracterizam-se por serem leves, de pequeno volume, de elevada precis\u00e3o e de vida \u00fatil mais longa, com base na dimens\u00e3o limite procurada. As chumaceiras de rob\u00f3tica s\u00e3o principalmente as seguintes s\u00e9ries: chumaceiras de sec\u00e7\u00e3o fina com sec\u00e7\u00e3o transversal igual, chumaceiras de rolos cruzados de sec\u00e7\u00e3o fina, chumaceiras redutoras de harm\u00f3nicas RV e chumaceiras flex\u00edveis. A maior parte das chumaceiras n\u00e3o s\u00e3o normalizadas e s\u00e3o fabricadas com mais bolas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zmsbearing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ZMS-Kaydon-detail-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1121\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As chumaceiras rob\u00f3ticas t\u00eam de satisfazer os requisitos de volume reduzido, peso leve, elevada precis\u00e3o, elevada capacidade e vida \u00fatil mais longa. Para resolver a contradi\u00e7\u00e3o entre leveza e elevado desempenho, enfrentamos os seguintes desafios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tecnologia de conce\u00e7\u00e3o: As chumaceiras de sec\u00e7\u00e3o fina para rob\u00f3tica necessitam de fornecer capacidade suficiente, bem como uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o precisa e um funcionamento flex\u00edvel. Assim, a capacidade de carga din\u00e2mica n\u00e3o \u00e9 o \u00fanico par\u00e2metro, mas tamb\u00e9m a rigidez e o atrito s\u00e3o os principais par\u00e2metros a ter em conta na conce\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao mesmo tempo, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter em conta a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o da parede fina e da estrutura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tecnologia de fabrico: As chumaceiras de sec\u00e7\u00e3o fina s\u00e3o as principais chumaceiras rob\u00f3ticas.
