What kind of custom bearings can you supply?

Nearly all types of bearings we can custom produce as requirements. But still it will fully adjust based on certain conditions and quantities to see whether it is worth for the development or do the factory has the ability for very high requirements.

Do you need MOQ for custom bearings?

It is certain that custom bearings will needs MOQ while some customers wants sample with 1 or 2pcs will has certain difficult unless it is large size bearings.

Although some customers think it is reasonable to have sample before the formal order, it has frustration in actual production. From prepare material to adjust the machinery for the sample it is non like easy for that.

Factory has its realist consideration.

But it maybe more possibility that for old customers that has the regular business and the trust is deep enough and also they realized that it is truly big possibility for future mass production.

Can you supply technical support during the whole process?

If customer needs for different types of custom bearings, we can help you in design and give some suggestions based on production experience. From bearings material, sealing, grease choose, cage material and based the actual working conditions to give some idea for you.

What is the delivery time of custom bearings?

40-90days.

Normally custom bearings will certain longer delivery than standard bearings. Because some with special material or special structure and as first production, some parts may need open mould, it needs leave extra time for the factory to get through this.
