Angular Contact Ball bearings
Angular contact ball bearings have a high limit speed and can bear both radial and axial loads, as well as pure axial loads. Their axial load capacity is determined by the contact angle and increases as the contact angle increases.
ZMS supply angular contact ball bearings including:
7200 series, 7300 series, suit for to bear axial and radial load working conditions.
7000 series, 7200 series, 71800 series and 71900 series, suit for spindle tool. We have sealed type for better maintenance and control strictly on grease.
H7000 series, H71800 series and H71900 series, suit for high speed spindle and can supply ceramic ball and sealing type.
Size: inner diameter from 6mm-150mm
Angular Contact: 15°,25°,40°
We can supply universal pairing or paired angular contact ball bearing.
Precision: P6, P5, P4, P4A, P2, P2A.
Ball screw support bearings:
– 7602012TVP–7602100TV
– 7603020TVP–7603100TV
– 15TAC47BSUC10PN7B—100TAC150BSUC10PN7B
Precision: P5, P4, P2.
We can supply universal pairing or paired ball screw support bearing.
The working life is much closing famous brand and can be a good substitute of famous brand with good price performance.

Optimizing Your Contact Angle (15°, 25°, 40°)
The performance of an angular contact bearing is dictated by its contact angle. A larger angle increases axial load capacity, while a smaller angle allows for higher speeds. ZMS offers standard suffixes to match your application:
- C Suffix (15° Angle): Optimized for ultra-high speeds and minimal friction. The standard choice for precision CNC machine tool spindles.
- AC Suffix (25° Angle): A balanced design offering higher axial capacity than the 15° design, while still supporting excellent rotational speeds.
- B Suffix (40° Angle): Engineered for maximum axial load carrying capacity. Ideal for heavy-duty pumps, blowers, and gearboxes where thrust forces are extreme.
Universally Matchable Sets for Easy Installation
Because a single-row angular contact bearing can only support axial loads in one direction, they are typically mounted in pairs. ZMS provides Universally Matchable Bearings (Suffix U). These bearings are precision-ground at the factory so they can be mounted in any arrangement immediately out of the box, without the need for custom shimming:
- Back-to-Back (DB): Offers the highest stiffness and resistance to overturning moments. Ideal for standalone bearing arrangements.
- Face-to-Face (DF): Better accommodates slight shaft misalignments and is less sensitive to thermal expansion.
- Tandem (DT): Used when the axial load in one direction is too massive for a single bearing to handle.
