67, 68, and 69 series refer to standard types of thin section (also called thin-walled) deep groove ball bearings as defined by ISO and the International Bearing Numbering System (like those made by SKF, NSK, NTN, etc.

These are metric dimensional series designed for applications where space is limited, and lightweight components are essential.

Series

At ZMS, we often get asked about the difference between a 6804 and a 61804 bearing. Dimensionally, they are identical. 6800 is the JIS (Japanese) designation, while 61800 is the ISO (European) standard. ZMS supplies bearings matching both nomenclatures to fit your global drawings.

67 Series (Ultra Thin 6700~6711):
Ultra-thin section deep groove ball bearings.
Very small cross-sectional height and width in relation to bore (inner diameter).

68 Series (Extra Thin 6800~6844)
Extra thin section deep groove ball bearings.
Slightly larger cross section than the 67 series but still very slim.

69 Series (Thin 6900~6944)
Thin section deep groove ball bearings.
Thicker than 67 and 68 series but still thinner than standard bearings.
