Needle Roller Bearings
Needle roller bearings are a specialized type of roller bearings featuring cylindrical rollers with a length significantly greater than their diameter.
They are widely used in automotive transmissions, industrial machinery, and aerospace applications due to their ability to efficiently handle high radial loads in constrained spaces.
ZMS supplies wide range of needle roller bearings in different designs, series and sizes in high quality in China 15 years.
High Load Capacity
Needle roller bearings can support high radial loads, making them suitable for applications where space is limited but high load capacity is required.
Small Cross-Section
Needle rollers have a much smaller diameter compared to traditional rollers used in ball or cylindrical roller bearings. This allows needle roller bearings to be used in applications where radial space is limited.
Variety of Designs
Needle roller bearings come in various designs and configurations, including with or without inner rings, sealed versions for contaminated environments, and cage-guided versions for high-speed applications.
Low Friction
The small diameter of the rollers reduces the contact surface area, resulting in lower friction compared to other types of bearings.

Frequently Asked Question
ZMS supplies various kinds of needle roller bearings from inner dia. from 3mm-300mm more than 4000 specifications.
– Drawn cup needle roller bearings
– Needle roller and cage assemblies
– Machined needle roller bearings
– Yoke type track roller bearings
– Cam follower bearings
– Combined needle roller bearings
– Thrust needle roller bearings
– Inner rings
– One way needle roller bearings
Drawn cup needle roller bearings have a very thin, deep-drawn outer ring made from sheet steel, offering the lowest cross-section and a cost-effective solution for compact designs. Machined needle roller bearings feature a heavier, machined carbon steel outer ring, making them suitable for applications requiring higher load capacities and greater rigidity.

ZMS can custom made needle roller bearings based on requirements. When it refers to design, modal choosing, material choosing, sealing and grease choosing and little change from standard, we can supply the service for customer.
Standard modals probably have stocking.
With out stocking modals, it needs 40-50days for production.
Custom made needle roller bearings needs 45-60days.
Industrial packing: VCI paper+cartons+pallet/woodcase
Commercial packing: plastic bag+single box+ cartons+ pallet/woodcases
Please kindly notice Industrial packing and commercial packing price will be different.
Normally we give price based on industrial packing will list on the quotation.

Yes! Using a needle roller bearing without an inner ring (such as the RNA or NK series) is an excellent way to save radial space. However, to achieve maximum load capacity and bearing life, the mating shaft must be hardened (typically to 58-64 HRC) and precision-ground to serve directly as the inner raceway.
Standard radial needle roller bearings are designed to support pure radial loads only and cannot accommodate axial (thrust) forces. If your application involves both radial and axial loads, you should consider using combined needle roller bearings (which integrate a thrust bearing component) or pairing them with a separate thrust bearing.
