ZMS can supply deep groove ball bearings from micro to small and medium and large size.
The min. Inner dia. 0.8mm and the large size can be inner dia.600mm
We can supply 6000 series, 6200 series, 6300 series, 6400 series, 6700 series, 6800 series, 6900 series.
Flanged deep groove ball bearings can be made.
Extended inner ring of deep groove ball bearings can be made.
Custom made deep groove ball bearings is also ok for us.
For small and medium deep groove ball bearings, we can supply P0, P6, P5 and P4 precision and noise level can be ZV1, ZV2,ZV3 and ZV4.
ZMS use premium chrome steel for produce deep groove ball bearings. There also can be stainless steel for rings and balls if customer need like 440C, 304, 420. For balls, it also can use ceramic balls for hybrid.
If customer need full ceramic deep groove ball bearings, we also can supply.
For cages, there are many options of material, normally stamp steel cage, and there are only nylon cage and bronze cage for choose.
Sealed deep groove ball bearings normally with NBR rubber, but by requirements, also can use FKM and silicon rubber for sealing.
Radial clearance is important when you ask for a bearings, if without mark, the thought it is C0. Sometimes customer also choose C2, C3 C4 clearance. If these clearance can’t satisfy, we can custom made clearance as specific cope clearance.
When customer ask for a sealed or shielded deep groove ball bearings, it certainly will come to grease. There are many options for grease: Shell Gadus S2 V220, Mobil Polyrex EM, Chevron SRI-2, Multemp SRL, Klüber, Castrol Tribol GR 100 / 4020 PD and so on.

Sample if with stocking, it is just need inspection again before sending.
Without stocking, standard modals with work pieces, the delivery will around 15-30days.
Custom deep groove ball bearings, will need MOQ delivery time around 60days.
Mass production, if have work pieces normally 30days.
If not regular modal,mass production will need 50-60days.

Industrial packing will be VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper + Carton + Pallet
Or plastic tubes + Carton+ Pallet
Commercial packing:plastic bag+ single box+ carton+ woodcase/ pallet

If customer need packing as their own brand, there will be two options:
They send us packing materials
Each modal quantity will need reach certain value if need to use make from the packing factory.
